The megabank has concluded the agreement with the Swiss company BlueOrchard


Megabank has signed the three-year credit agreement with BlueOrchard Microfinance Fund which is operated by the Swiss company BlueOrchard. Financing for the sum of 10 million euros which use purpose - development of microcredit of bank will be provided to bank. According to the chairman of the board of Megabank Alexander Shipilov, financing of micro, small and medium business – the priority direction of the development strategy of bank. At the same time the bank constantly works with foreign partners for expansion of opportunities of funding. PJSC Megabank works at the financial market of Ukraine 28 years. Now the bank serves 583 thousand clients, 168 offices work. Assets of bank make 9 020 million UAH. Within the contractual relations with 11 foreign partners Megabank serves 14 target programs for the sum equivalent to 110 million US dollars. BlueOrchard has been founded in 2001 at the initiative of the UN as the first commercial investor on microfinance. The company provides financing to institutions in the developing and border markets. For today the BlueOrchard company invested 5 billion dollars in 350 institutions in 80 countries of the world.
