Not enough People's Deputies gathered on an evening meeting in parliament to vote personnel questions. The Verkhovna Rada at a meeting on Thursday, July 11, could not dismiss from a position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavel Klimkin and to appoint him Vadim Pristayko's successor. 160 people's deputies at 226 necessary voted for Klimkin's dismissal.
