However if it is about a healthy alternative – pizza with the optimum content of carbohydrates, fats and protein without harmful additives, then who has told that we can't eat it for breakfast? Yes, such pizza can be carried to well balanced dishes, but it doesn't mean at all that pizza is more useful than flakes", - she has reported.
