It was declared by members of Association of the sommelier of Ukraine within the training on fundamentals of technology of blending of cognac alcohols of the House of branded Tavriya cognacs Within the visit on cognac production, judges of hard liquors, created own craft cognacs, learned about wine-making traditions of the Kherson region and also were convinced: indisputable advantages of DMK "Tavriya" is an existence of own vineyards, respect for classical technologies and a full cycle of production. The visit had in exactly to the finish of a season of harvesting. Members of ACS were convinced: grapes gather manually here, pass through a press and ferment without addition of sugar.
